Return Policy for T-Shirt Purchases

At Herb'NEatz, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your t-shirt purchase, please review our return policy below:

Returns:

Eligibility: You may return a t-shirt within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at sales@herbneatz.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

b. Pack the t-shirt securely, including a copy of your original receipt and the RA number on the outside of the package.

c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full purchase price of the t-shirt (excluding shipping charges).

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges:

Eligibility: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your t-shirt for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

To ensure that your t-shirt maintains its quality and longevity, please follow these care instructions:

Storage: Store your t-shirt in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.

Stain Removal: Promptly treat any stains with appropriate stain removers or solutions, following the manufacturer's instructions.

Avoid Overstretching: Avoid excessive pulling or stretching of the t-shirt fabric to maintain its shape.
