Return Policy for Seasoning Blend Purchases
At Herb'NEatz, we are dedicated to providing you with premium seasoning blends that enhance your culinary experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your seasoning blend purchase, please review our return policy below:
Returns:
Eligibility: You may return an unopened and unused seasoning blend within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at sales@herbneatz.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
b. Pack the unopened seasoning blend securely, including a copy of your original receipt and the RA number on the outside of the package.
c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify the unopened and unused condition of the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full purchase price of the seasoning blend (excluding shipping charges).
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: We do not offer direct exchanges for seasoning blends. If you wish to exchange your seasoning blend for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
